How It Works

From First Contact to Ownership Transition

  1. 1

    Share your goals

Use the callback form, Business Interest Bank or personalized assessment.

  2. 2

    Discuss your readiness

Avenir reviews your capital, experience, sectors, location, management plans and timing.

  3. 3

    Define the mandate

Avenir and the qualified buyer agree the target, search approach and required support.

  4. 4

    Confirm the engagement

The client signs the appropriate NDA and Search/Retainer or advisory agreement and accepts the stated fees.

  5. 5

    Search and shortlist

Avenir searches approved channels and presents selected opportunities.

  6. 6

    Review and coordinate

Avenir supports commercial comparison and coordinates legal, tax, accounting, financing, due-diligence and immigration professionals where relevant.

  7. 7

    Close and transition

The transaction completes through authorized channels, followed by the agreed management, transition and handover support.

How the preliminary assessment works

The assessment compares your answers with maintained public criteria and shows streams that may warrant further review. It is not an eligibility decision, immigration advice, financing approval or guarantee.
